Our sound baths last 40 minutes, accommodate up to 7 people and are held in our meditation room.

We will provide a mat, a blanket, and an eye pillow. Feel free to bring anything else you need to feel comfortable.

After the 45 minutes, we invite you to stay in the room in complete silence for 10 mins. Use this time to come back to yourself.
