Sound Baths

Our sound baths last 45 minutes, accommodate up to 7 people and are held in our meditation room.

We will provide a mat, a blanket, and an eye pillow. Feel free to bring anything else you need to feel comfortable.

*** Doors close 5 minutes after start time ***

After the 45 minutes, we invite you to stay in the room in complete silence for 10 mins. Use this time to come back to yourself.
