Sound Bath with Maryland

Sound baths help you access altered states of consciousness, enter the creative flow state, and illuminate the path to spiritual awakening.
Our sound baths last 45 minutes, accommodate up to 7 people and are held in the meditation room at Dance with Stones.
We will provide a mat, a blanket, and an eye pillow. Feel free to bring anything else you need to feel comfortable.
*** Doors close 5 minutes after start time ***
After the 45 minutes, we invite you to stay in the room in complete silence for 10 mins. Use this time to come back to yourself.
