Our sound baths last 45 minutes, accommodate up to 7 people and are held in the meditation room at Dance with Stones.
We will provide a mat, a blanket, and an eye pillow. Feel free to bring anything else you need to feel comfortable.
*** Doors close 5 minutes after start time ***
After the 45 minutes, we invite you to stay in the room in complete silence for 10 mins. Use this time to come back to yourself.
You are welcome to browse the shop after the sound bath. If you see something you’d like to purchase, you can do so with a credit card. If you prefer to pay with cash, please come during Dance with Stones regular opening hours (Mon-Sat 11am-6pm, Sun 12pm-5pm)
