Leave your cares, worries and the stress of the world behind, as you embark on this mystical journey of the soul. This is a deep-relax guided, meditation, designed to be experienced, lying down. You may also lean against the wall or sit in a chair.

Please bring your own yoga mat and a couple of pillows for your head and legs, and a blanket. You may also borrow a blanket.

Please arrive early. If you are running late, please let me know. Once the meditation begins, a “Please Do Not Disturb” sign will be placed on the door. This is to create a sacred space and to show respect for the channeling process.
