Mindful Movement Class

Join us for a relaxing Mindful Movement Class to destress and rejuvenate your mind and body!

Mindful Movement is an all-levels class (no experience required). It combines meditation with yoga and qi gong movement. Synchronizing them with breath to tone the body, improve joint mobility, clear and focus the mind. You’ll leave feeling balanced, alert and ready for the rest of your day!

Zan B is a lifelong student of meditation, healing movement, and holistic practices that restore balance, well-being, and connection with the natural world. She is certified to teach yoga, meditation, and qi gong. She is also trained in trauma-informed practices.
