Join us for a relaxing lunchtime yoga session to de-stress and recharge!
Weaving breath, meditation and movement together to reduce stress and enhance balance & coordination. These relaxed movements improve flexibility and range of motion as well as strengthen muscles and improve posture. This yoga is designed to support overall well-being and mental health.
Our class is for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
